Returns & Exchanges
Tapn Clothing is committed to creating environmentally conscious, limited edition collections. For this reason, we do not offer returns unless the item is damaged prior to receipt by the purchaser.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If you don’t 100% love your order, you can exchange product for store credit. Claims must be submitted within 10 days after the product is received. Items must be in unworn and unwashed, in original condition. Pieces stained by makeup, deodorant, smoke, wear or pet hair are not eligible for exchange. Products must be shipped back with the original tags attached in the original packaging. Sports bras, swimwear, undergarments & sale items are final sale and ineligible for exchange.
We recommend using a traceable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping or UPS to return product, as the credit will not be processed until we receive product. Tapn Clothing is not responsible for return shipping charges. Keep your tracking information available in case it is needed.
